Installation Information
Who installs my renewable energy technology (biomass boiler/wood pellet stove/ solar heating system)?
We offer 3 options:
- We will happily supply only as we offer a range of DIY kits or offer your installer all the technical information they need
- We can just install our equipment leaving your plumber or electrician to connect the equipment to your central heating system or hot water.
- We can offer complete installation - Site survey, design, delivery, and installation.
How much does it cost?
It is very hard to estimate a cost of installation as each application and property is different but if you speak to one of our team giving a few details we should be able to offer a rough estimate followed by an accurate quote after a site survey. Our estimates and site surveys are free with no obligation.
How long does it take?
Again, installations vary. A small installation could take just a couple of days.
How long after purchase will the boiler be installed?
There is no great lead time of our products being installed. We would try to work around the requirements of the client.
How often will my boiler need servicing?
You will need to have an annual service on your boiler which can be done by ourselves or one of our network of service agents.
