‘The service was absolutely fabulous. The TRECO team couldn’t be nicer people to work with and they were very thorough.’
Were you shown how to use the boiler?
‘I had an idea of the programming, but Kirsten (TRECO's commissioning technician) taught me thoroughly how to use it. I didn’t make all the necessary notes during the commissioning, but TRECO assured me that they were on hand if I had any questions. So, I’m not worried if I didn't know how to do something.’
Are you happy with the boiler?
‘Yes, absolutely, there have been no problems.’
Have you saved money?
‘Over the longer period of time we have saved money and we are happy the boiler has lived up to its expectations as being cost-effective.’
What have you found to be the most advantageous aspect of the boiler?
‘I love the fact that there are no emissions, they’re economically friendly, cost effective and very efficient. I would recommend them to anyone.’
How did you find the transition from oil to biomass?
‘Easy and hassle-free. I always wanted to be environmentally friendly and when the oil prices soared there seemed no reason to stay with oil. I’m very happy to have turned to biomass.’
General- very happy with the TRECO service, loved the product and feels safe in the hands of TRECO should anything go wrong.
