On May 4-5, we exhibited at the All Energy event in the SECC in Glasgow. If you recall, this was the same event I raved about last year. It was a very memorable event then and so we were returning with hopes soaring high.
What can I say? The All Energy event and the organisers, Reed Exhibitions, did not disappoint us again this year. The SECC is still a great location and venue in its own right. The sheer size of the hall meant there were thousands of stands and exhibits to see (well ok, so not quite thousands but certainly felt like it).
We were there again this ear with our beautiful, crowd-magnet. Yup, you guessed it! Our faithful bus. She was most certainly a thing of beauty that we had people just wanting to come on to admire her. We were like proud parents, showing her off...
It was yet another successful event for us as we spoke to a few interesting people who had interesting projects lined up. All Energy also provided us (and I'm sure everyone else) with a platform to form ties with people/organisations/companies that we might not have had the pleasure of bumping into otherwise.
Oh and of course, the networking session over at the Glasgow Science Centre was just as epic as it was last year! I really don't think you can go wrong with drinks, nibbles, interesting and interactive science exhibits AND lots of adults who have found their inner, inquisitive child.
All in all, the two days couldn't have gone better. Oh, and we were highly sought after for various reasons too!
