Good news comes with the release of the Spring 2022 budget. Today the Chancellor Rishi Sunak unveiled the contents of his Spring Statement, part of which included reducing the VAT on energy saving materials (ESM) for homeowners from 5% to 0%. This along with rapidly rising fossil fuel prices makes the installation of renewable heating systems a very attractive option right now.
